Returns & Exchange
Our policy lasts 28 days upon the delivery date of your package. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please include your emailed confirmation notice with all returns for a quicker return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
- Merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Haute Rebel hangtags, attached.
- Any products from the SALE section cannot be returned.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: bodysuits and earrings.
- For sale items we do not provide returns. All sale item(s) are FINAL SALE.
- For accessories we do not provide returns. All jewelry is FINAL SALE.
- For bodysuit items we do not provide returns. Bodysuit item(s) are FINAL SALE.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded unless otherwise stated. We apologize for any inconvenience as sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
At this time, we do not handle exchanges. To exchange for a different size, please place a new order for the size you wish to receive and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to create a return for the item you wish to send back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Haute Rebel is not responsible for any theft or damage during the transit of your returning merchandise.
Please note:- You will receive your refund ONLY in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund taxes or shipping charges. All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Haute Rebel.
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
